Bend it like daddy: Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.

The general perception of Cristiano Ronaldo’s greatness comes with a fair share of his hubris and narcissism. The Real Madrid star’s biopic – Ronaldo, directed by Anthony Wonke – can be interpreted as an ode to himself, yet, hands down, we all agree that he is one of the greatest player ever in the history of the game.

But Ronaldo’s off-court demeanour isn’t well-appreciated owing to many reasons, ranging from his philandering ways to his faux pas. On the contrary, his image as a dad is pristine.

The footballer has uploaded numerous pictures of his five-year-old son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., which speak volumes of the father-son bond. The little boy already can do some real workouts, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him stepping into his father’s shoes in the near future.

Ronaldo’s own father died of alcoholism-related illness when the footballer was only 19 years old. As he once said, he didn’t get to know his father for real. Hence, it is understandable why Ronaldo wants to spend ample time with his son, not letting his busy schedule take a toll on his personal life.

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. wants to become a goalkeeper, although his father isn’t really impressed about that. The kid already can kick the ball like a real pro, and he definitely knows how to celebrate after scoring goals, judging from the Instagram photos.
