As reported on Sina News, the actor, who spoke to the media recently, stated, "My family has five twins, and she has a lot of sisters. They probably had taken photos of my brother and my sister."
Cao also said that the two of them have just started dating and that his relationship with Elanne is not as surprising as people would think.
"We're all actors from the same entertainment industry. It would be natural for us to meet. The progress has been natural as well."
As for rumours about him dumping girlfriend – also rumoured wife – Zhang Ran for Elanne, he said, "It's not true. I am not married and I have no children."
When asked about marriage, Cao said that it's too early to be discussing that topic.
