Love Island fans can't stand one thing the boys say

From Digital Spy

Love Island's Josh Denzel and Wes Nelson may have stopped incessantly asking themselves life-affirming questions and answering them, but now they've got a new line that fans can't stand.

In last night's episode, Jack Fowler pied Laura Anderson (again!) when his head was turned by Laura Crane. This all came about after his chat with Wes and Josh, who encouraged him that, sure, he may be happy with old Laura, but he could be happier with new Laura. Our head's spinning.

When the three lads sat down to discuss where new Jack's head was at, just after they had egged him on when he ogled at new Laura in her orange bikini, Josh uttered the dreaded words: "You and Laura are happy... but you could be happ-ier."

"I know you're attracted to Laura, but if you're attracted to someone else, you're more attracted to someone else... don't live the lie," Wes advised.

"I'm not unhappy, that's the thing," Jack countered.

Oh, come on, new Jack!!

Obviously, Wes was drawing from his own Island experience after breaking up with Laura because he thought he could be more content with Megan Barton Hanson, as, let's face it... he couldn't resist her charms.

"This was me – I was not unhappy, but I could be happier," Wes affirmed.

Fans have now accused some of the boys of ditching a girl just because they might have a better time with a different girl they find more attractive, instead of giving their coupling a chance.

One viewer complained: "One thing that's really bothering me about #loveisland is the 'i'm happy but i could be happier' mentality of the boys. It seems like they think women are disposable and if a better one comes along they can leave their partner and not have to face the consequences."
