After making a storming comeback for the The Only Way Is Essex Christmas special, TOWIE legend Lauren Goodger could be about to make a permanent return to the show. OMG!!

The 29 year-old, who was a standout star from the show’s original line-up, hasn’t confirmed her comeback, but told OK! Online, “I would never say never and I’m in talks with producers.
"So watch this space!” Oh, you tease, Lauren.
Lauren was one of the show’s biggest stars, famous for her sharp tongue and ability to cause mayhem.
She had a famously turbulent relationship with fellow TOWIE regular, Mark Wright who went on to marry former Coronation Street actress, Michelle Keegan. Not that either of them like to talk about it…

Lauren quit the show in 2012 to appear on Dancing On Ice - well, that’s the official reason, there were rumours that her wild ways had annoyed the show’s producers so much she was about to get the chop.
Earlier this month, she told new! magazine she was keen to get back onto the small screen, saying: "I’d be up for doing more TOWIE and getting back into TV.”
And what do those in the know er, know? A show source told OK! Online: "There are no immediate plans for Lauren’s return to the show but she remains part of the extended TOWIE family and we wouldn’t rule out future appearances.”
