Comedian Kiku Sharda was arrested by a team of Haryana police a couple of days back for mimicking spiritual leader Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on a comedy show and while most celebs offered their support to Kiku, (known as Palak on Comedy Nights With Kapil), veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who is known for his acerbic tone, decided to take things a step further.
Taking to his Twitter page, Rishi uploaded a photo of the spiritual leader and wrote, ''See this picture!I would like to play this rockstar in a film. Let me see who puts me behind bars? Go Kiku Sharda!'' Rishi is not known for pulling his punches on social media and we just hope that his latest tweet doesn’t land him in any trouble.
Wonder what the politically correct and social media-shy Ranbir Kapoor has to say about this now…
