Former beauty queen and TVB actress Lee San has denied rumours that she has been diagnosed with a brain cancer.
According to On CC, the former actress, who has been in the limelight again following the current rerun of her 1999 drama, "Man's Best Friend", was recently rumoured to have supposedly left the company due to her health problem.
Tabloids alleged that Lee, who had been spotted visiting a clinic with a married man a while back, was diagnosed with brain cancer and decided to take the time off showbiz to focus on her treatment.
On 27 May, Lee responded to these allegations via Weibo, saying that none of the rumours about her health and her relationship were true.
"The following is my response," she wrote. "1. I was not at a risk of having brain cancer. 2. Like I said over a decade ago, I don't like to talk about my personal affair."
The actress stated that she is tired of responding to such rumours time and time again, and hope that she would not have to do so again.
She also seemed to insinuate that she is currently in a lesbian relationship by saying that she is currently dating someone not involved in showbiz, and that she has not dated anybody of the opposite sex for the last four years.
